  1.                         Individual Record Mode

  4.   To enter individual records into a name and address base, type F1 
  5.   from within the Rolodex section of Mind Reader.  This will put you in 
  6.   ENTRY MODE.  To return to SHEET MODE, type F1 again. 
  7.  
  8. Search          : To search for a record, press F2.  Up to 25 characters 
  9.                   can be used to locate a record, but it is not necessary 
  10.                   to provide a complete name. 
  11.  
  12. Previous Record : Press F3 to move to the previous record.
  13.  
  14. Next Record     : Press F4 to move to the next record.
  15.  
  16. States          : Press F5 for a list of the 50 states and their postal
  17.                   abbreviations.
  18.  
  19. Copying         : Press F6 to copy the same information from one record to
  20.                   another.
  21.  
  22. Mark            : Press F7 to mark a record for printing or saving.
  23.  
  24. Demark          : Press F8 to demark a previously marked record.
